When Rick Campbell and his team at All Renos Construction show up to renovate a home, they bring decades of experience, a reputation for reliability and a promise to see the job through, start to finish.
After 25 years in the Lower Mainland doing high-volume condo renovations – often gutting and rebuilding four to six suites a month – All Renos shifted gears. Requests for work had begun to grow on Vancouver Island, so Rick relocated to Ladysmith to focus on full-scale home renovations across Vancouver Island, from Victoria to Parksville.
All Renos specializes in whole-home transformations – from open-concept kitchens and bathrooms to full interior rebuilds. The majority of their clients are homeowners in their 40s to 70s, often upgrading to a “forever” townhouse, condo or single-family home. “They’re not flipping homes,” Rick says. “They want quality, and they want peace of mind. We deliver that, on time and on budget.”

Clients pay a small deposit up front, then follow a weekly draw system, paying only for the work completed. “If something’s not right, we fix it. No extra charge. No blame game,” Rick says. “We build trust – and that’s why our clients refer us to their friends and family.”
With $5 million in liability insurance, proper licensing across B.C., an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and a track record built on honesty, All Renos is now welcoming new clients across the Island.
“Renovations can be scary – I get it,” Rick says. “But once people work with us for a week, they relax. We’re honest. We’re steady. And we’re there everyday until the project is completed.”
That straightforward approach helps homeowners feel safe, especially those who’ve had bad experiences.
