New deck vinyl with flush seams, new aluminum railing replaces the old wood railing, and all topped off with a new aluminum patio cover to replace the steel pergola, and that completes the renovation on this lovely rear deck.

Another freestanding aluminum patio cover installed for this repeat client.
This one started as an idea 3 years ago while we were replacing the vinyl on the deck. The idea resurfaced earlier this year when we then installed a small patio cover, complete with custom aluminum railing & gate above the clients basement door entrance.
Now, his deck space is complete with the patio cover installed and the clients can use there deck year round.
Remember...a deck isn't just for summer! 😎

Another recent job we completed for our clients, and this one had the full works.
New Weatherdek 'Mahogany' deck vinyl, complete with flush seams, and new deck fascia trim. All new fascia mounted aluminum railing from Innovative Aluminum Systems, with a combination of clear & privacy glass, and finished off with a freestanding aluminum patio cover to ensure maximum year-round use of this deck space. This small front deck was in need of some TLC, so we got rid of the old wood railing and tired, worn out deck boards, and installed new deck vinyl, new aluminum railing and finished it off with a new aluminum patio cover. 😎

This job eventually required a lot more than just new deck vinyl and aluminum railings that the client called us in for.
On discovering large amounts of rot to the existing siding and framing, the client ended up with not only new vinyl, and railing with glass, but also all new siding.
Big shout out to Matt Henn and the crew from Retrospec for stepping in at short notice to help with the structural repairs and siding.
