Do You Have A Leaky Or Damp Basement ?

Here we provided our customer with our Exterior Waterproofing Protection. The customer was dealing with unwanted water entering the basement, we quickly exposed the foundation and located the entry point in which compromised the foundation.

Our crew here at .construction.team worked hard to quickly and safely repair the foundation, replace the non filtered drainage tile with brand new cloth filtered drainage tile, applied our rubberized waterproofing seal to the foundation, fastened brand new Delta membrane to the foundation before carefully backfilled my with 3/4” clear stone with a geo cloth cover.

We broke out the old concrete, laid down our forms, and provided the customer with a new 600 sq ft 4inch thick concrete pad! The perfect place to relax after a long day and enjoy those beautiful summer evenings!
