This overhang was just begging for a little TLC ⚒️
Originally the plan was just to sand and paint but we ended up having to cut 14 inches of overhang due to rot from the years of rain damage. A little TLC makes huge improvement! ⚒️ Now everything is under the overhang of the roof for better resistance against the weather.

Client said they had a leaky pipe💧Found the problem😂
Replaced all the 11/4 pipes with 1 1/2 pipes, then connected with a coupling. Also had to cut a little between the cupboards to make the hole a little bigger. Clients are happy! ⚒️
