🚨AVOID THIS LAW FIRM 🚨
A man who medically shouldn’t have been in court was told to agree for 3 renewals of a bogus protection order so he could see his kid. He had this man in questioning and told to agree with what she says , why because he had no memory. His lawyer didn’t once bring up his TBI which he should have even though he was asked to help him with it. This man let the x affair partner now husband sell his items although he was brought proof they belonged to his client.
This man didn’t fight the tens of thousands taken even though the wife said it was over the day of the accident .
The lawyer didn’t fight the fact his client was sober when the x claimed he wasn’t. All reports were bike vs deer no signs of alcohol and a clean tox screen.
The lawyer quit on him because legal aid didn’t pay enough so he wanted cash from his client‼️
The ex financially and emotionally abused this man, still uses their daughter against him saying he’s hurting her by going to court, mom lied to the child about dad wanting to see her.
Mom lied about income, mom lied about working , mom was big into crack with her affair partner even before the accident and more after !!
SINCE SEPT 2016 -NOW they have gone through over $2,000,000 and have nothing to show for it…… it’s so bad she lied in court to get more money to pay bills. She was already getting $427 , now she will get $905 in child support on a $54000 income. $301 is supposed to be for the child ONLY, ya child wears worn out second hand clothes , rarely have food, wouldn’t be surprised if she even has a bed (mom sells hers often )

Yet Mr has a new mustang and Harley
The MRS has a new SUV and all kinds of hobbyist items
Both Adults wear new clothes…… doubting the $300 is going to the daughter directly.
Their monthly bills are under $2000., so between the money for support and the child plus child tax the child is worth approximately $1500 to them……
Pretty sad considering this dad has never missed a payment in over 7yrs
While the other guy is years behind and has his license suspended.
Of course dad wouldn’t mind paying it all if the child was properly cared for!!!
