~Almost lost my way~
I feel like it's been ages since I posted a house. Almost forgot that's what my whole business is about.

This house here is just under 3000sq.ft.
She has bedrooms... 6 if needed
She has bathrooms... 3.5 total
She has fireplaces?.... 1 at least
She has an office... 1 exactly
She has a garage... Oversized 2, almost a cozy 3 car garage
She has stairs... Yup, going to a basement and second floor (wow)
Did I mention she has ICF walls.... All the way up.

She is pretty stacked if you ask me.

~Some things take time~
Pretty excited to hear this fourplex is currently in the early stages of being built. I drew up my first version of this beauty in January.
Finally at the end of October we were able to finalize how we wanted the exterior to look.

I'm pretty happy with it!

It only took 5 years but I finally have my hands on some business cards
Look I had other priorities ok! like... Golf, actual work, super dope hats, golf, golf shirts, golf clubs, more work and other stuff...

~Several days....weeks...months later~
Well smack my a$$ and call me Sally... I suck at social media right now.
But now is as good of a time as any to get back at it.
Let's start off with a new rendering for an upcoming house in coaldale.

~5 F #$?ing Years Later~
Meet Reginald "Reggie" Redbeard, the new face of Red Beard Drafting.
Or as my son has named him "Bo**er Butt"

Today 5 years ago is when I did my first Red Beard Drafting Instagram post. I started off my first year with roughly 15 projects.
5 years later and I'm looking at doing 100 projects a year. I am proud of where Red Beard is and I'm excited to take it a little further each and every year.

Huge thank you to for the updated logo! I think I had her go through 5 or 6 different logos by the end of it. Plus different versions of each.

Huge shout-out to my wife .olsen and my amazing son for always pushing me. Without them and their support I wouldn't be here.

Thank you to all my clients over the years. You have all been amazing.
