Since 2018 David Jensen has been part of the success of Southern Sod, as he was our business partner in the Deck and Fencing Division. Dave was more than that though, he was a cousin in law to me (Melissa) and good friend to Shane as they shared a deep love of all things motorbikes. Sadly this Christmas Dave tragically lost his life the night of December 23rd. He will forever be in our hearts and deeply missed by our family and everyone that knew him♥️

We are looking for some individuals to join our 2022 crew. This is a seasonal position and will begin mid April and go through till around November. This is a full-time position with wages dependant on experience and skill level.

Duties and responsibilities included and not limited to:

•The installation of various landscaping materials including:
-Sod
-Topsoil and rock
-Full irrigation systems
-Borders

•Towing equipment trailers

•Collecting/delivering landscaping materials using a dump trailer

•operating various equipment including bobcats, tractors and various small engine equipment

Qualifications:

Class 5 driver’s license with clean driving abstract

2 years truck/trailer experience

Must be able to lift 50+ lbs

Honest and professional attitude

Must be able to work both individually and in a team environment
