Rhubarb Custard Pie!!😍

Yes, it tastes incredible!! 🤤 This was our test pie... I've made the recipe many times as it's my favourite Rhubarb treat but had to figure out the cook with the new oven.

Six full pies just came out of the oven and one is already sold! I don't think these will last long. They'll be out at the Produce Stand at 11am until supplies last!

This is what two neighbour's worth of rhubarb looks like, made into Rhubarmalade!! 😁

That's 38 250ml jars... we made a total of 40 but two were already sold before they cooled down to customers thinking that our produce stand was open and came down the driveway!! 😝

Now, what to make with the other 3 neighbour's Rhubarb since I was a n***y and forgot all about getting more jars!!! 🙃

Ps. This batch's colour is a bit more greenish in colour due to the coloru of the Rhubarb we got. Still just as tasty!! 😋

Do you want to know what's better than trading all the things for Rhubarb?

Getting to visit with neighbours and learning more about them!! 🥰

We've been here just over two years and just finally getting to know some of you. We're all busy with our home businesses and have a hard time stopping to visit but it's lovely when we get the chance!

I didn't just come home with Rhubarb, I came home with a deeper sense of community and these adorable gifts that a special little girl kept filling my hands with! ☺️ Thank you!!

Now to process the massive amount of Rhubarb I received yesterday. To Be Continued....
