Hello wanderer — welcome to Muri B Design.

I’m Jen, your local salvage-maker and wandering shopkeeper. I craft décor and functional pieces from materials with history — wood that’s lived a life, carried a story, or survived a bit of chaos along the way.

And sometimes, I work with lumber that hasn’t lived a life yet; it’s just been waiting for its own adventure. Those pieces are created with the same intention and heart, ready to be shaped by — and chronicle — your story.

I’m getting ready to photograph a whole collection of handcrafted finds, from reclaimed treasures to pieces whose journeys are just beginning. Those photos (and new stories) will be showing up here very soon.
