Large fence revitalization project. We took a fence that had broken posts, panels that were just about laying in the ground and modified to be just about as strong as new for this 25 year old fence. We replaced all rotted pickets and cross members, pounded in metal sleeves on posts that were rotted at the bottom and completely replaced the ones that had rot beyond the base. We also added gravel and tamped all remaining posts.

Now this fence will last many years for a fraction of the cost of replacing and will look great once our customer puts a fresh coat of stain on it.

Cleaned a small cistern and a pond today using limited equipment and a lot of elbow grease. Got them sparkling clean by pumping out, scrubbing by hand in the rain,m and vacummed out. Also sanitized the cistern by spraying all surfaces with 50 ppm chlorine. Contact us for all your outdoor cleaning needs. Pressure washing, window washing etc.

Has been quite a few long days with the crew at this drywall repair job to hit a tight deadline for the new home owner. Turned out very well, the crew really stepped up and did an amazing job. All ceiling and wall repairs look seamless.

Liz and I finished our first nice size project together. Ceramic tile removal and reinstall new, replaced toilet, vanity and faucet. This project came with some unique problems to solve as well.

Supplied vanity had legs, but customer wanted a closed in base to make maintenance easier, so we removed the legs and built a base and trimmed out the same as the wall base. We also re mounted a swing that is now properly supported and goes right through the main support beam and built a custom bumper pad to save damage on the whole while swinging.

Sure appreciated the hospitality from this family, always a pleasure to do projects in their home and enjoy the chats.

Another busy week doing fence repairs, gutter cleaning, attic inspections/troubleshooting, surveillance camera systems, spending a day with a supplier of deck finishing systems, as we are working to be the local supplier/installer. Never too busy to meet up and discuss your latest project 😌
