Handshakes and quality are the only way to proceed.

I keep getting asked if I want a deposit to get on the list.

Here is my stance: If there is a customer that fails to. pay for the quality product and service provided to the point of me requiring deposits, then maybe "people" are more fu**ed than media is projecting. Maybe they shouldn't have been a customer in the first place.

Some before and after pics on a 40 year old shop and 25 year old 20 x 12 door in the country near Paradise Valley, AB.

It was just a new OE seal, plus SnirtStopper BottomSealer added to protect the OE seal and enhance coverage and insulation.

Previously, the customer tried foam tape to fill gaps. It probably worked briefly, then the inevitable failure occurred. We then got the call for a solution with a 25 year warranty.

New shop built in rural Vermilion River County. Unfortunately, after pouring his concrete floor, there were still gaps between the original equipment (OE) door seal and the concrete pad on his three 12 x 14 shop overhead doors. The owner was tired of dealing with mice and didn't want to continue that battle in his new shop.

Instead of grinding concrete, patching, or attempting various previously available fixes, which are huge costs in time and money, the concrete contractor and owner decided on a different approach.

Upon receiving the call and a brief discussion, we determined we could fix it with some regular BottomSealer. Today, we did just that. We drove out to a beautiful secluded spot in the Marwayne area, and in a few hours, the owner was quite happy with the results: no more gaps on his overhead door thresholds and the assurance that mice will not be an issue for whatever he endeavors to do in his beautiful new shop.

True story. After sealing my own attached garage, we have seen household cooling costs in the warmer months diminish. The AC noticeably does not operate as often, or as long.
