Fried Cheese Stuffed Doritos
Ingredients
1 (8 oz) block cheddar cheese
1 (9 oz) bag Doritos (any flavor you like!)
2 large eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
Cut the cheese: Slice the cheddar cheese into 1/2 inch thick squares. Then cut each square diagonally to make triangles.
Crush the Doritos: Place the Doritos in a ziplock bag and crush them with a rolling pin or a sturdy object until they resemble coarse breadcrumbs. You can also pulse them a few times in a food processor.
Set up your breading station: In three shallow bowls, whisk together the flour, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper in the first bowl. Beat the eggs in the second bowl. Pour the crushed Doritos into the third bowl.
Bread the cheese triangles: Dredge each cheese triangle in the flour mixture, then dip it into the egg wash, and finally, coat it completely in the crushed Doritos. Gently press the Doritos crumbs to ensure they stick well.

4 lamb shanks

2 celery stalks, diced
1 cup beef broth (additional for sauce if needed)
2 cups beef broth
1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

Season the lamb shanks with salt and pepper. In a large oven proof pot, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat and brown the lamb shanks on all sides.

Remove the shanks and set aside.
In the same pot, add onions, garlic, carrot, and celery. Sauté until softened.

Add 1 cup of beef broth to deglaze the pot, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom.

• ½ teaspoon black pepper
• 1 egg (beaten)
• 1 cup flour
• 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
• Oil for frying

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Filling:
• In a bowl, mix cream cheese, shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper.
2. Stuff the Doritos:
• Carefully take two similar-sized Doritos and spread a small amount of the cream cheese mixture between them.

For toast 🍞 cake 🧁 or ice cream 🍨
A pure delight 😋
2 cups 35% cream
4 cups brown sugar
2 cups corn syrup
1 can of Eagle Brand
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp fleur de sel
In a saucepan over very low heat, combine the brown sugar and cream and bring to a boil
Simmer for 5 minutes and remove from heat
Add the other ingredients, mix well, and divide the mixture in two
Leave the first mixture as is, and add 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips to the second, stir until melted, and let sit for 10-15 minutes
Pour the mixture into jars and refrigerate
Keeps in the refrigerator for 3 months
