Finished up with this kitchen ceiling repair. Here are some before and after photos.
After verifying that the cause of the water damage was repaired, this great family wanted the ceiling to look like new again. Repair done and whole kitchen ceiling painted.

Never a bad idea to baby proof your home when the little ones start wanting to walk.
Had the privilege of helping a very nice young busy family by installing some baby safety devices around their beautiful home including cabinet locks, door latches, drawer safety catches, gate and anti-tip for a dresser. Even a couple of floating shelves for the babies room.

Worked with an amazing customer on their deck. They had some rotting deck structure and in turn also made for rotting deck boards. Not safe. Removed the rotting boards and joists and replaced with new. They now have a safe space to entertain.
