Continuing with renovated foyers!

A first impression should feel just as intentional as the rest of your home, and this foyer transformation is just that.

This once overlooked foyer is now full of warmth, character, and personality. By layering in rich flooring, bold wallpaper, and thoughtful details, we transformed this narrow entry into a space that feels welcoming from the moment you walk in. The walnut flooring was carried through here too, but we laid it in a herringbone pattern. We kept the original wood trim around the door and reintroduced matching wood trim around the window, bringing back some character. The stunning wallpaper from brings a warm sophistication to the entryway and starts to tell the story of the rest of the house.

This foyer is the first space that welcomes our clients home. While you know we love moody hue’s, it was time to lighten up this entryway to feel more cohesive with the rest of the renovation we completed.

With updated finishes, fresh paint, lighting, and thoughtfully layered details, this entrance now feels bright, elevated, and beautifully intentional. ✨

A cohesive home starts with connection—and this space was designed to flow seamlessly from the adjoining modern rustic kitchen. By carrying through warm wood tones, clean lines, and layered neutrals, we created a look that feels both elevated and inviting.

New beautiful hickory flooring was put down throughout the entire main floor. We kept the original fireplace brick but replaced the fireplace door. Added stunning custom built-ins, which improved the layout, bringing balance and function, and now every sightline feels intentional. Working with the clients existing furniture, we added in some accessories, a new area rug, mantle and artwork.

Now, it’s a space that not only looks beautiful, but truly supports how this family lives day to day.

This powder room went from simple and builder basic, to a space that actually makes a statement the moment you walk in.

We layered in custom millwork trim, brought in a rich blue vanity for depth, and paired it with a crisp white countertop to keep things feeling fresh. The real showstopper? The wallpaper—soft, organic, and just enough personality to elevate the entire space without overwhelming it.

Finished with matte black fixtures and a clean-lined mirror, this once overlooked room is now one of our client’s favourite rooms in the home.

From dated to dream kitchen ✨

This transformation is all about balance—warmth, function, and timeless style. We took a closed-off, heavy space and reimagined it into a bright, welcoming kitchen designed for real life.

Our client’s main concern was storage (and lack thereof with her current kitchen!) She LOVES to bake and cook and the old layout just wasn’t working anymore. It was almost impossible for two people to be in the space at the same time.

🪟By making one of the windows smaller we were able to accommodate cabinetry along that entire wall! We also turned a crowded pantry into a new functional coffee/liquor bar with ample storage.

As this home as a country vibe, we were going for a modern rustic design aesthetic.
By blending rich wood tones with soft white cabinetry, we created contrast without losing that cozy feel. A spacious island now anchors the room, offering the perfect spot for everything from morning coffee to family gatherings in the evenings.

Because your kitchen shouldn’t just look beautiful—it should work beautifully too. Our clients now have so much space, they don’t know what to do with it all!

A little sneak peak of an off the charts reno we just completed! 👀

It's hard to believe this is the same space! Swipe for the before!!

Our clients are absolutely thrilled with how their main floor turned out! 'Modern Rustic' was the requested theme and we ran with it. There were certain key items that needed to be incorporated, like real hard wood flooring, and real wood cabinetry! It was such a pleasure working on this reno.

Let’s take a closer look at this beautiful bathroom renovation ✨

Beauty really is in the details!

We recommended a custom vanity for this space — solid oak, stained in a warm tone to complement the neutral tile palette. Custom cabinetry not only elevates the overall look, but ensures the storage is tailored perfectly to our client’s needs.

The countertop is HanStone Quartz Aurelia — one of our favourites. Its soft off-white base with subtle gold, brown, and grey veining adds quiet movement and warmth.

Matching thick floating shelves continue the oak story, bringing balance, texture, and the perfect spot for styling a few beautiful accessories.

And the sconces… aren’t they stunning? We chose sconces over a traditional vanity light to create a more elevated feel. They cast a soft, flattering glow and are on their own switch — perfect for middle-of-the-night visits without harsh overhead lighting.

Finished with brushed gold and brass fixtures for just the right touch of warmth and sparkle — because thoughtful details make all the difference

This bathroom renovation was all about creating a space that feels calm, elevated, and beautifully functional. Thoughtful finishes, intentional storage, and timeless details make this room not just pretty—but practical for everyday life.✨️

By removing the hallway linen closet we were able to add additional square footage into the bathroom, giving room for a larger vanity which was important to our client.

Neutral monochromatic tiles are complimented by the brushed brass finishes throughout.

We opted for sconces flanking the new mirror rather than a vanity overhead light for added aesthetics.
