If you burned wood last winter, there's creosote in your chimney right now.
Creosote is the residue smoke leaves behind, and it's flammable. It causes most chimney fires. The only way to get rid of it is a proper chimney sweep before you light your first fire this fall.
A lot of homeowners put it off because they picture a mess. Someone on the roof, dust settling in the living room.
That's not how we work.
Our technicians do the entire sweep from inside your home. Drop sheets go down and the opening gets covered, with a HEPA vacuum running the whole time. The house is as clean when we leave as it was when we showed up.
The rotary system we use cleans the inside of your chimney far more thoroughly than a traditional brush. If there's anything unusual up there, like a blockage or a bird's nest, our camera equipment finds it on the same visit.
The whole appointment takes about an hour. Then you burn all winter knowing your chimney is safe.
If you heat with wood, book your chimney sweep with Safe Home Fireplace. Call the showroom or send us a message and we'll take care of the rest.
