Previously part of a storage room, this basement bathroom was designed and created from the ground up. It features a custom shower including a complete “Kerdi” waterproofing system, hand held shower bar, large format tile floor with Schluter in-line drain, shower base, shower bench, Kerdi membrane, Kerdi shower niche and slow close tempered glass shower door.
The custom cabinetry includes a vanity, 2 drawer banks and a linen tower, fully functional yet partly used to conceal extra low ductwork.
Lighting includes a Edison bulb tri-light fixture above the vanity and 2 LED pot lights.
The fan utilizes a automatic on/off moisture sensor.
The tile is 12”x 24” porcelain, with “Power Grout” used throughout.
The countertop is a custom 22” x 48” quartz edged on 3 sides, a single leaver faucet with undermount sink.

Solid glass tile over Schluter Kerdi board shower walls, custom made niche, with an Ove 12 mm thick tempered glass door. Porcelain floor tile, custom cabinets, granite counter top with under mount sink. Also over an acrylic soaker tub (wider grout joint).
