Here it is.........RTR Demonstrator 1/5th Scale H.P.I. Baja 5B SS
This kit was Assembled & Detailed by R/C Restoration Masters as a Demonstrator.
A lot of effort went into this model by the builder. He is VERY particular and would likely need medication before getting this model dirty.
Needless to say, this unit has seen very few runs in its life.
About the Model;
The Baja 5B SS (Super Sport) model came in kit form allowing the purchaser to assemble themselves.
For those whom are not familiar with the HPI 5B, These models run on pump gas mixed with 2 stroke oil costing only pennies per tank of fuel vs models running on nitromethane hobby fuel.
The SS kit did not include radio, receiver or throttle servo allowing the purchaser to use their own preferred equipment.
In leu of the electronics, The SS kit version included;
-Torque Monster 26cc two stroke engine (VS the smaller 23cc included in the standard 5B)

-Heavy Duty Aluminum differential
-Orange Anodized Aluminum
-Front & Rear Sway bars
-Heavy Duty Front Wheel Hubs
- Super Heavy Duty Drive Shafts, Diff Shafts and Axles
