🔥 BBQ Chicken Skewers – Simple. Juicy. Delicious! 🍢

Looking for an easy BBQ recipe that delivers big flavour? These BBQ Chicken Skewers are tender, juicy, and perfect for family dinners, backyard gatherings, or your next summer cookout.

📝 Ingredients:
• 2 lbs (900 g) chicken breast, cubed
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp turmeric
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ tsp black pepper

👨‍🍳 Directions:
1️⃣ Add chicken cubes to a large bowl.
2️⃣ Season with onion powder, garlic powder, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
3️⃣ Marinate for at least 30 minutes (up to 4 hours for extra flavour).
4️⃣ Thread chicken onto skewers.
5️⃣ Preheat BBQ to medium-high heat and oil the grates.
6️⃣ Grill for 12–15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through (165°F / 74°C).
7️⃣ Let rest for a few minutes and enjoy!

💡 Tip: Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
