This house is not new. These are the original exterior doors. There are several more, all the same. What's wrong with it? This house is about 25 years old, these doors have never been painted. Exterior doors are sold pre-printed. They need to be painted on interior and exterior. Why would you not want the interior faces of your doors to match the rest of the interior doors. The trim around the glass, yellows with age, ugly. It's not hard to paint it properly. If you are having a house built, and your contractor gives you some lame excuse as to why the doors are not painted, or should not be painted, they are wrong.

A quick update. The yellow color is 50% Fresh Zest from Sherwin Williams. The off white is Winter White by Benjamin Moore. The product I am using is the highest quality, Emerald Designer Edition flat from Sherwin Williams.
