Sometimes all you need is to decorate! This was a fun project with a great client, we shopped one day and installed another. She said she had the coziest sleep since we did this! We bought new bedding and ordered the softest sheets from , installed a gallery wall with mainly art pieces she already had. This was such a quick transformation, now she is inspired to do her master ensuite.

Main floor is now complete! It was a long wait for the millwork but oh so worth it. And who knew finding and coordinating rugs would be so tough!

I love subway tile laid vertically. Very contemporary and helps draw the eye up and down which makes a space feel taller and bigger.

New furniture is in! I believe that colour is more timeless than a trendy neutral. If I was going by the trend neutral right now, I probably would have picked a taupe-greige but I have already had neutral for the last 10 years! And now the colour flow between my kitchen and living room feels so much better.

A dramatic before and after! I used an complex cream with an orange undertone to work with the tile. The accent color is hale nave, which in person does not look quite this dark. Niches like this can be challenging, but I think this worked well!

When we built our home a few years ago, we didn't have enough in the budget to finish the basement. So we left it as a concrete floor and our son had a great playroom. I just thought I should mention how I am working through this pandemic. I am taking this very seriously and I want to "do my part" in the fight against this terrible virus.
