I don’t usually share random purchases, but this one felt worth mentioning, especially if you’re anything like me.

As someone who’s both noise-sensitive and can’t stand the feeling of regular earbuds, open-ear earbuds have been a game changer.

I can listen to white noise or an audiobook when I get overstimulated while still being aware of what’s going on around me.

I’m not advertising the pair I got, but if anyone wants a recommendation, I found another model with really great reviews and can share the link. 😊
