Why alfalfa meal? Alfalfa meal is a natural soil booster packed with nutrients and trace minerals. It feeds your broccoli slowly and steadily, encourages strong root growth, and improves overall plant vigour — all without synthetic fertilizers.⁠

How to use it:
• Before planting: Mix alfalfa meal into your soil or potting mix (about a handful per plant or follow package rates).⁠
Side dressing: Sprinkle lightly around established plants and water in well.
• Containers: Blend into rich, compost-based potting mix for steady feeding.⁠

Tips for thriving broccoli: Keep soil consistently moist — broccoli hates drying out. Grow in full sun for tight, dense heads⁠. Add compost for extra organic matter. Feed again lightly when plants are about halfway grown.⁠
