Seafood Pasta
1 bag 300 g deveined shell off shrimp
1 bag 300g scallops
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground pepper
1/2 tsp crushed chili (optional)
2 tsp olive oil

In a skillet
Melt 2 tsp butter
Fry 1 tbs minced garlic
Fry the seafood till shrimp is pink

Cook your pasta+ DO NOT throw your pasta water
Remove your seafood
Melt 1 tsp butter
Add 2 tsp garlic
Cook 2 chopped tomatoes or cherry tomatoes
Fresh herbs:
3-5 chopped basil leaves
1/2 tsp dill
2 tsp parsley
1 tsp lemon zest
1 chopped jalapeño (optional)
More crushed chili if you want
Add 1/4 c or more pasta water to make it saucy
When pasta is al dente
Return seafood to the sauce and top it with your fettuccine
Drizzle some lemon juice 🍋

The Best Cinnamon buns
Yeast mixture
1 C warm milk
1 tbs active yeast
2 tbs honey
Activate the yeast till you get a thick film on top

In a large bowl
Mix 2 eggs
1/3 C sugar
1/3 C melted unsalted butter
1 tsp salt

Add activated yeast to the large bowl and gradually whisk 4 C of flour
Place dough in oiled bowl, cover and let it rest for 1 1/2 hours
Roll dough to a large rectangle
Spread 1/2 C of soft butter
Spread 1 C + 2 tbs cinnamon on top of the butter
Roll dough to a log
Cut it into 1” roll
Place in a pan and rest the rolls for 1/2 hr
Bake on 325F for 15-17 min
Make sure your internal temp is between 180-190F

Cream cheese spread
Whisk
6 tbs unsalted butter
5 ounces cream cheese ( at room temperature)
1 C icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbs heavy cream
