Long overdue before and after post for this job we did summer of 2021! Old fibreboard siding was removed and replaced with Maibec pre finished board and batten wood siding. We would be lying if we said we weren’t worried by the color choice……..but these homeowners had a vision and NAILED it. Benjamin Moore Blackjack for the win! 🃏 🔨

With a lot of planning (and a few early morning hiccups) the sky was the limit for this lovely couple. They patiently waited for us to arrive with 6 Stage triple-pane vinyl windows. Not only will these windows greatly improve their insulation keeping the cold out, but will also greatly reduce the noise pollution they have living on such a busy street 🚙 Another advantage of these double hung windows is that they make cleaning super easy! won’t need to rent an ariel lift every time she wants to clean the exterior of the windows. ** Shout out to for her patience and support while we took over her entrance for a few days 😉

As a local business, we signed up years ago to volunteer our time to keep some of our local side roads clean. Each Spring when the snow melts we get at it! These two worked super hard cleaning up our Side Road on Saturday. Sadly, we collected 1 bag of garbage, 1 hubcap, multiple car parts, many recyclables, and 77 empty cans and 14 bottles. They were thrilled when we said they get to keep the return money 💵 😂

For this project we brought in an experienced mason to cut out the existing brick to accommodate a new MDL entry door with full side light and venting glass.
Not only does the new door give the homeowners quick access from the kitchen to the back yard, but the new side light and venting glass provide tons of natural sunlight and ventilation to stream throughout the interior living space.
This repeat client had a vision and we think she nailed it!

🔨 Replaced Soffit & Fascia 🔨Re-strapped house and installed Royal Harvard Slate Vinyl Siding 🔨Replaced old drafty windows with new Stage triple pane windows complete with custom bent white cladding 🔨Wrap around deck with black steel roof, custom beam cladding, as well as black soffit 🔨Seamless 6” trough that will catch all the rain water that quickly flows off the steel roof 🖤 Much thanks to Ellie-Mae for keeping the boys in line and on track to complete this large project .
