BSM Services (1998) Ltd. Is an HVAC company located in Memramcook, NB (15 minutes from Dieppe/Moncton).
We specialize in Commercial, Institutional & Industrial projects ranging from $250,000 to $2.5 Million in value. We are active in NB, NS & PE.
We are currently looking for a Qualified Construction Project Manager to join our team.
The Project Manager will be responsible for the success of his or her project from the award stage to the final completion of the project.

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the mechanical trades
• Candidate will hold a certificate of Engineering Technology (PET) from NBCC as a minimum
• Gold Seal Certification is considered to be an asset.
• A strong attention to detail, proven problem resolution skills and superior interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills, written and verbal communications skills and effective listening skills.
• Ability to effectively handle a wide range of construction subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ability to deal with pressure and issues arising on site effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to multi-task while working towards meeting tight deadlines.
Job Responsibilities:
• Overseeing total project effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget, scope of work.
• Maintain schedule as put forth by customer
• Liaise and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, trades, suppliers and project team
• Attend project meetings with consultants, trades and project team;
• Maintain accurate interpretation of plans and specifications according to scope of work of trades and consultants;
• Review all contract drawings, documents, specifications for coordination and ensure that work is carried out with these specifications;
• Advise on project progression, schedule, costs, equipment, work interference, or potential conflicts;
• Ensure project close-out documents are completed on time.
• Any other duties that are required.
