Made some homemade tomato juice today for my husband to enjoy over the winter! 🍅❤️

I ordered these beautiful tomatoes through 🌻The Bunk House🌻here in Merritt, and they came from 🌻Hill Top Garden🌻 They were absolutely gorgeous tomatoes and perfect for canning!

And can we take a moment for my vintage canner?! I absolutely love it! I use it for my home canning, and for some reason, doing it the old-fashioned way just makes the whole process that much better. 😂

🌻 Valley Graze is hosting another Summer Market this Friday! 🌻

There will be so many amazing local vendors to check out!

Unfortunately, The Crooked Jar won’t be able to make it to this one, but I definitely encourage you to stop by and support all of the wonderful vendors who will be there.

These markets are such a great way to spend a summer evening — good people, a beautiful atmosphere, and so many incredible local businesses to discover.

A huge thank you to Valley Graze for supporting so many local small businesses in our community. It truly means so much!

For all the pickled onion fans, I will have a fresh batch ready to go for the Valley Graze Market.
These are small batch made as the vinegar tends to lighted the bold colour fairly quick.
Little tip! if you store them in the fridge the colour will not fade!

These pickled onions pair delicious with your burger, hotdog, salad or sandwiches
