Spring is in the air🌷

A dirty or clogged furnace filter restricts airflow making it hard for the a/c to draw in and circulate cold air. This will lead to reduced cooling efficiency and in some cases cause the a/c’s evaporator coil to freeze or the compressor to overheat, potentially leading to costly repairs.

We recommend changing your filter at minimum every 6 months, if you have pets or are doing some renovations we recommend every 3-4 months.

Having your furnace and air conditioning units cleaned once a year is best practice to ensure efficiency, check safety, prevent costly repairs, and it can even extend the life of your equipment.

In short: Annual cleanings are a small investment that lead to safer operation, better performance, and long-term savings.
