This is an entry level position, and we will train.

-Answering telephones
-Checking & responding to customer emails
-Entering & dispatching service calls
-Collecting payment from walk-in and roadside customers
-Greeting & servicing walk in customers
-Cutting, Decoding and duplicating keys
-Maintaining records of work performed
-Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
-Job preparation

-Greeting & servicing walk in customers
-Cutting, Decoding and duplicating keys
-Maintaining records of work performed

-Job preparation (making sure jobs have been added to the correct queues if material is needed, etc.)
