We took this main floor from a dated, broken-up dark hardwood and tile combo and completely modernized it with high-quality Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP).

Why prep work matters... 🧐
You can’t get a herringbone pattern this tight without a perfectly level base.

We spent the extra time leveling the floor first to guarantee a high-end look that won't shift or creak.
