Hi, Nice to meet you! Thank you for stopping by my page. My name is Phyo Cheng. I am a cook, writer, and photographer behind “Phyo Cheng Kitchen”. Since my childhood, I am in love with cooking. I loved watching my Mom - my biggest inspiration - preparing delicious meals for the whole family. Although my passion for cooking began during childhood, I began to cook seriously after moving out of my ho

me into a student dormitory. Now, I realize that cooking is where my heart lies. I enjoy cooking in my small kitchen, and trying new recipes from around the World. I love cooking for friends and family as I believe that tasty food makes people happy. I started this "Phyo Cheng Kitchen" to gather all the food that I have been cooking throughout my life and to share with everyone how simple and easy it is to prepare delicious homemade meals. My favorite things are a big bowl of ramen noodles soup, reading cookbooks and food magazines, going out for grocery shopping and walking in the snow.
