We just completed this 40+year old, builder bathroom renovation. Was it time for an update? Absolutely!!! No vent left walls and ceiling covered in surface mould. We started from scratch. The end result is pretty dramatic. Clients can't believe this is their bathroom. They're super happy.

We just completed renovating this family room located in Georgetown Ont. It needed a complete overhaul. Upgrades include a new bay window, trimmed out by us. A new AC/heater wall mount unit replacing the old portable unit that vented out the window. All new drywall ceiling with pot lights, new framing, new landing step with matching nosing, new nosing at base of bay window, new luxury vinyl flooring and paint, new baseboards. A lot of work and upgrades for one room but JIST Contracting handled it all.

A fresh update to the 2nd floor of this home. We worked hard on this project and the outcome is fabulous. We scraped all the popcorn ceilings, fresh paint on ceilings and walls. Removed the old dirty carpet and replaced it with beautiful new engineered hardwood. New baseboards and trim.
