DIY tip for homeowners who decide to paint their homes this summer. Temperature will affect paint drying time, but just as important are humidity levels. Humidity levels should be between 40% to 70%. Too much humidity will cause the paint to dry uneven and also can cause bubbling. Goodluck to all.

Tip of the month for February.
Detailed contracts are essential to ensure there is no confusion about the job being done. This protects both the contractor and the client. No detail is too small
Ie painting window trim. Unless contract states the window trim is being sanded first do not assume that it is. Clients read carefully and ask questions. Contractors be as transparent as possible. Thanks for reading. Have a great month

Friendly tip. When working with other trades it's a good idea to photo document any mess or damage they did and report it to owner immediately. Otherwise their problem may become yours. Have a great day everyone. I'll be back with a new tip the beginning of every month. See on New Years day
