All about cooking/baking is my favourite hobbies, other than reading books and doing some outdoor activities. I grew up cooking with my grandma in the Philippines and always had an interest in cooking, my Mom is actually a really great cook so I can freely says that, “I got it from my Mama”, �. I’ve seen her whipping different kind of meals here and there, which inspired me to explore my own taste
buds. Soon I became wild about discovering savory dishes from around the world and learn how to make them at home. I bring my taste buds with me everywhere and frequently come home hearten to recreate the fantastic new foods and flavors I just experienced. In fact, it serves me as a stress-reliever as my, “kitchen gym”. I’d love to take you with me on my own culinary expeditions. I love experimenting with traditional recipes and re-adapting them to new, contemporary meals, with luscious taste. I’m a bit perfectionist, when it comes to my food. I never stop until I get the right taste, which makes my cuisine stand out from the crowd. My goal is to make this dishes and let y’all enjoy the taste of those “Comfort foods”, that you’ve been craving for without spending hours on cooking/baking, or buying commercialized plate, whereas mine is not spared on ingredients (Hindi tinipid sa mga sangkap). My meals are absolutely delicious, satisfying and full of flavors you adore, and I can’t wait to share it with you!
