Floor prep in a basement and filling in and leveling off a rather large depression in the floor during prep for tile installation. The dust pictures are where we ground the floor to remove old glue from a glue down foam backed carpet. This being necessary to ensure an excellent bond to the tile mortar to provide a life long bond.

Cleaning up old plaster in a house, drywalling over existing where necessary.. other areas will be smoothed out to a fresh finish.

Basement floor prep for tile. Builder poured the floor concrete after a foundation without rebar to “bond” the two separate pours.. so we are crack filling in and level off this separation area before tile installation.

Another day working hard to make happy customers. Leaking skylight removal and shingle blending. Tomorrow we move forward with dropping the skylight area “tunnel” . Drywall it, tape it and prep for paint.

Well it took some doing but we got this single level home jacked up, a solid span beam built and and a bunch of joist laminated and into the existing. Our clients can now fix up their main floor as planned and not feel like they are down hill skiing when the walk around the house from room to room.
