Another low maintenance deck project complete!☀️

This elevated composite deck was designed to create a functional outdoor living space while complementing the home’s exterior. On this project we used TimberTech composite decking, aluminum glass railings & full PVC fascia & post wraps. We also did a custom water management system within the deck frame to give our customers a dry, usable space underneath their elevated deck - finished off with T&G pine boards.

This is a 12’ x 15’ pressure treated deck we did with a pergola and wrap around stairs.

On this project the sub structure was still in good condition so instead of a full rebuild we put joist tape on all framing members to preserve and prolong the lifespan of the framing. We put down new decking, added railings with metal balusters, wrap around stairs, a pergola with outdoor accents hardware and new skirting.

This elevated deck is phase 1 of a 2-phase outdoor transformation, designed to create a safe, functional space above and below for the family to enjoy for years to come.

We used PVC decking (50 year warranty) for long-term durability and low maintenance. Paired with aluminum glass railing, this will keep the space secure without obstructing the view. Just below, we installed an under-deck system which keeps the area dry and usable, setting the stage for phase 2.

Next up: a custom patio below to complete this outdoor living space.
