Skilled Carpenter (NOC 72310) Moncton, New Brunswick
RJC & Sons Construction Inc. is seeking a motivated and experienced Skilled Carpenter to join our growing team. We specialize in residential and commercial construction projects throughout New Brunswick and nearby cities.
Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood, steel, and other construction materials
Construct, renovate, and repair residential and commercial structures
Install flooring, doors, windows, trim, cabinetry, and other finishing components
Build and install framing, walls, roofs, and foundations
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Ensure work is completed according to building codes and project specifications
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and other trades
Qualifications:
Experience as a carpenter in residential and/or commercial construction
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety procedures
Proficient with hand and power tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
