We are hiring! We’re currently looking for a Technical & Operations Coordinator to support our designers and project manager and help keep projects moving smoothly from design approval through ordering and installation. This role plays a key part in bridging design and production by preparing technical drawings, coordinating cabinet orders, and helping maintain clear, accurate project documentation.

The ideal candidate has experience with CAD (AutoCAD or similar) and is comfortable working with technical drawings and detailed specifications. Responsibilities include updating drawings after site measurements, preparing cabinet lists, confirming appliance specifications and clearances, generating order documentation, reviewing manufacturer confirmations, coordinating with suppliers, and assisting with installation plans and project tracking. If you have a background as an architectural technologist, interior design technologist, kitchen design assistant, or experience in the millwork/cabinet industry, we’d love to hear from you.
