The kingdom of Plants is vast, truly a fascinating world! Best explored during the spring & summer where growth is optimal, the spirit is elevated, and we feel most Inspired to open up and receive & learn about new experiences. During these months animals and the natural world work together to continue the cycle of Life.

I love speaking of nature and us as one entity, and in such ways we too awaken and ready to receive, soak up missing nutrients … dancing our way into summer. We nurture our seeds, help them thrive and become mature creations which we than can share and give back to the world 🦋🌸🎶🎵🦋🌸

I am sending blessings to those who are taking huge leaps into unknown territories, getting out of their comfort zones and following their curiosities, guided by intuition or “that feeling” that we sometimes get in our chest or belly.
YES YOU CAN! you are brave, magnificent, powerful and fearless. you have everything you ever need to succeed and grow your seeds into thriving, beautiful, lush trees and Share your gifts with the world 🌳🙏🏽

By the way- Now is a good time to start thinking about getting new houseplants as they will have an easy time acclimating to their new environment and feeling at home 🏡 🪴

Landing back after receiving the medicine of the sun& ocean for 10 days in Cuba. This country has many issues but it is certainly beautiful- I completed 2 books and in the middle of a third one, got a gorgeous tan and trained every day while eating like a champ. Honestly, felt amazing.

Spring is upon us, the snow melted, the air smells differently, the birds are gifting us their songs… but also, the streets are really dirty with garbage that accumulated over the winter, it’s been raining non stop for a week, it’s grey and windy. I am starting to lose my tan, I haven’t touched that third book since I got back and I’m feeling tired, overwhelmed and anxious.

What can I tell you- sometimes it’s just what it is… some days are highs other days are lows. Both are welcomed and what makes this life experience so interesting.

February has been challenging and heavy. It is impossible to ignore what is happening in Ukraine- Today is day 12 of the war.
my family just as many others is hurting and I feel completely useless in my ability to help my people. I can’t stop myself from thinking about the wars that we get ourselves into for no good reasons- for one man’s pride and ego.

This coming summer my grandmother was suppose to move to Canada, where she could live the remaining of her life with her daughter and granddaughters, not alone. I don’t know if that will happen anymore. I am praying for all the soldiers, children and parents and wishing it to end.

May the beginning of spring bring us sense of peace, tranquility and brotherhood. May all the hate, bitterness and conflict come to an end and May we grow together stronger and better, in unity 🙏🏽💫

This might sound weird but I love love love pots and planters! 🙈 especially when I get inspired to pimp them up and add my own personal touch to their aesthetics 👩‍🎨🎨

I’ve improved two of these planters - they will be serving their purpose as statement pieces with larger plant sizes at each side of an entrance to an office.

With the right plant and planter you can completely change the aesthetics of a space, creating exactly the desired association and feeling for people visiting and working in that environment.

Transitioning from summer- happy Colors to warmer- sexy vibes.

Interior Plant Design improvements using gilding wax on black vintage planters. These are all done and about to be delivered Into their new home- a beautiful office space in downtown Montreal 🙌🏼

Personally I love the combination of Black& gold or charcoal grey& gold, it creates a rich and warm appearance for the space. But I don’t always find the style I have in mind in stores so often I take things into my own hands and get creative to create exactly the style I envision !

Happy Saturday loves!I’m back at my junglee temple and wanted to tune in🌟.
just finished a sangha class with , where we sang along a Raga scale and recited a mantra to invite the loving and unconditional qualities of compassion. I am feeling so recharged and grateful for the last few months 🙌🏼
Considering all that is happening around the globe and remembering that today marks 20 years since 9/11 tragedy, we are in need for compassion towards each other, non judgement and love &kindness for all beings and ourselves.

May your days be filled with light, love, prosperity, well being and May we all recognize that challenges are just lessons and little bumps that we shall rise above and learn from together❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🖤🤍
