🛒 Ingredients:
- 1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- 4 Tbsp Corn flour
- 1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 Tsp Cardamom Powder
- 4 Tbsp Yoghurt
- 4 Tbsp Water
- 1/4 Cup Milk
- A pinch of Orange Food Colour
- Oil (for cooking)
👩🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Mix all your dry ingredients (flour, corn flour, baking soda, sugar, and cardamom powder) together in a large bowl.
2️⃣ Whisk in the yogurt, water, milk, and food color until you have a smooth, thin batter. Cover the bowl and let it rest for 30 minutes.
3️⃣ Lightly oil a pan over medium heat. Pour in a ladle of batter, spread it thin, and cook both sides until perfectly golden.
4️⃣ Fill and top with your favorite sweet cream, crushed nuts, rose petals, and fresh mixed berries!
