On a conçu des espaces aux quatre coins du monde. Des hôtels, des résidences, des projets d’envergure qui nous ont menés loin — très loin — de chez nous. 🌍

Mais ce qui nous fait vraiment plaisir aujourd’hui ? S’ancrer. Ici. Dans notre village, notre communauté, notre terroir. 🏡🌿

Maison Brome, c’est ça. Un projet né de Ferme Humminghill — notre ferme en permaculture à Bolton-Ouest — et de l’envie de célébrer ce que les artisans d’ici savent faire. Le miel, le sirop d’érable, les vinaigres artisanaux, les fleurs coupées, les collections d’objets artisanaux — une façon de vivre au rythme du territoire qu’on aime. 🍯🌸

On a conçu et construit la boutique de A à Z. Parce que quand c’est pour Knowlton, on ne fait pas les choses à moitié. ✨🔨

Building Meaning into Beauty… c’est aussi cela

We’ve designed spaces across the world. Hotels, residences, large-scale projects that took us far — very far — from home. 🌍

But what truly makes us happy today? Putting down roots. Here. In our village, our community, our terroir. 🏡🌿

Maison Brome is exactly that. A project born from Ferme Humminghill — our permaculture farm in Bolton-Ouest — and from a desire to celebrate what local artisans know how to make. Honey, maple syrup, artisan vinegars, cut flowers, curated collections of artisan objects — a way of living in step with the land we love. 🍯🌸

We designed and built the boutique from start to finish. Because when it’s for Knowlton, we don’t do things halfway. ✨🔨

This adventure changed us. Deeply.

Filming with the team of Karine et la maison jaune season 2 was so much more than a television experience. It was real conversations, deepening bonds, friendships that last. People who arrive with cameras and tools and leave with a place in our hearts.

We had chosen our artisans with care. But it was the filming that truly brought us closer to them — to their work, their passion, their humanity. This community we thought we knew well, we see today with new eyes.

Maxime and I learned that when you do good with sincerity, it comes back — multiplied. That hope is not naive. That it is necessary.

Tonight is the final episode. We invite you to join us one last time on Crave and Canal Vie. We hope you get to feel even a fraction of what we lived.💛

Merci à tous…everyone for all the warm wishes today 🤍

55 is pretty sweet after all…surrounded by my 3 loves daily, great health with maybe a few to many cocktails per week but who’s counting, I get to create beauty and bring joy to people everyday and get to do it with an incredible team…I’m a little older, I think a bit wiser, and I’m now able to feel a quiet confidence that makes life a lot smoother and happier…all and all, pretty fabulous to be 55 and feeling blessed.
Cheers to getting older and loving it 🤍
