Because of Viruses .many people are stay home to continue work, not my job,salon is officially closed for two weeks so far .I miss it already. But I want share one of my Happiness time with all of YOU :enjoy sprouting with seeds at home.hope all of u enjoying!❤️🌸🌱
All u need to have fresh sprouts at home is Sprout Seeds ,container with hole ,clear lid,water holder .water holder,water

DAY1:Soak sunflower seeds in water for 24hours

DAY2:spread seeds in container ,take out broken seed,and Rinse or dip Seeds in water for one minute,in morning And night

DAY3:rinse or dip morning and night
DAY4:repeat the same step
Day5:repeat the same step
Day6:repeat the same step

Cut roots and take out shell,rinse again ,ready for your dish😆🌸🦋
U can eat them raw or cooked,do what ur stomach like.ENJOY!
