Collingwood basement Reno moving along boarders finished up Friday . Taper scheduled for Tuesday. Making great progress.from where we started .
This job started awfully for these clients . They hired a contractor to take care of the entire job. He was a take care of everything outfit framing, electrical plumbing. The client was a little hesitant with shotty workmanship that was being produced so we were called out to take over to get them back on track and they couldn’t be happier with everything so far.

Good day today in collingwood, this house had 11 new North Star windows installed just in time for the cold weather. The old windows were in pretty rough shape ,drafts , moldy, harldy could operate properly anymore.
In the spring we are doing all new sofit , facia , siding to really make this house pop .Out with the old 80s browns and beige in with the new modern style .

Under the sea to ultimate bathroom goals.

Final touches went in today, and these homeowners could not be happier with their upgraded main bath!
This bathroom upgrade features:

• 4x6 tile shower with a heated bench and glass surround
• custom 55” vanity
• new tile installed with a tile feature wall
• and my favourite features — in-floor heating !

Our latest project this little bathroom reno on the complete gut with lots of little interesting obstacles along the way. New electrical. New plumbing. New insulation.New everything to update this bathroom
The clients can not be happier with the progress and the work and cannot wait to get into their new shower and bathroom

This frame job is almost complete.This house has been a fun one to be apart of .Features that are not typical in a standard home. 3ft over hangs , 16 ft cathedral ceilings and exposed timber rafters cantilevering 10ft .
Can’t wait to see this one finished up .This modern beauty will sure stand and attract a lot of drive by attention.
