📖 Throwback to where it all began!
Years ago, back when we were just a tight-knit 3-man crew, we completed this beautiful home in the Golden Oaks subdivision in Hammond Bay. It sat quiet for a while, but recently, we got a call from the builder (and a great client of ours) with an emergency mission. 🚨
An offer was made on the house! But to get the new homeowners set up with their HVAC system, the electrician needed to find a specific wire.
We hopped right back on site, disassembled a boot to fish out the wiring, and put everything back together seamlessly. 🛠️ Now, the house is 100% complete, ready for its new family, and looking as sharp as the day we left it.
Funny enough, this project was wrapped up way before we ever had an online presence, so we’re thrilled to finally share a peek at it with you all. What do you think of how it turned out? 👇

🔨 BEFORE & AFTER: Nanoose Bay Transformation! 🌊
Talk about a coastal glow-up! We just wrapped up this complete exterior overhaul in beautiful Nanoose Bay, and the results speak for themselves. Watch the video to see the incredible transition from where we started! ➡️
This home didn’t just get a cosmetic facelift; it got a massive upgrade in durability and efficiency. Here is a breakdown of what went into this transformation:
- Better Efficiency: Stripped it down and added Halo Xterra 1-inch exterior insulation to boost the home’s thermal performance.
- Premium Siding: Installed gorgeous James Hardie siding in the popular Boothbay Blue.
- Soffit Upgrade: Tore out the old, brown, corroded aluminum soffit and brightened things up with clean, modern Gentek white 8-inch vinyl soffit.
- The Finishing Touches: Paired everything with striking white trim and upgraded gutters to handle everything the Pacific Northwest weather throws at it.
The Boothbay Blue completely revitalizes the home’s curb appeal, making it blend beautifully with its stunning ocean-side backdrop. The client had has tear down the old deck as he is installing a new one. So we couldn’t quite complete until the new deck is in place…..but we will be back!

Remember that shop we started in Coombs last week? Well, she’s officially all finished up! 🛠️ It took a couple of days, but this face-lift is going to help our client get this property listed and sold just a little bit quicker. 📈 And let’s be honest… who doesn’t love a big shop?!
