One of our biggest projects completed in Qualicum Beach! 🏡

This stunning mountainside home with breathtaking ocean views received a major upgrade with the installation of 38 new black windows.

Since the homeowner is planning new siding as the next phase of the renovation, we completed a proper new-construction installation using flashing membrane and Tyvek weather barrier to ensure long-term weather protection and performance.

The new black windows completely transformed the look of the home while perfectly complementing the incredible views overlooking the ocean.

Precision, planning, and teamwork 💪🏗️
Today we removed two oversized windows using a crane and lifted them directly into the dump trailer safely and efficiently. Every move had to be exact — one small mistake is not an option on jobs like this.

New oversized windows were installed the same way with careful crane placement and precise alignment 🔥🪟

This project was completed in Royal Oak, Victoria, BC 🇨🇦

Full home transformation in Parksville ✨

🏡 Three custom rounded-top windows — not the easiest for exterior trim, but the result is absolutely worth it
🚪 Two 10 ft sliding doors converted from old single doors & windows (with new structural headers installed)
🛁 Bathroom upgrade: glass blocks replaced with clean new windows featuring sandblasted glass for privacy
🚪 Brand new front door to complete the look

We converted two windows and a small sliding door into one impressive 16’ x 8’ black 4-panel sliding door, completely opening up the space and bringing in tons of natural light.

At the same time, another opening was upgraded — replacing a small door with a new 8’ x 8’ two-panel sliding door for better access and a cleaner modern look.

Both upgrades required full frame remodeling and installation of new LVL headers to ensure strength, safety, and long-term performance.
