We can not say enough good things regarding the exemplary service we received from this very talented couple. They showed pride in every aspect of their work. They came the same day we called them, worked away quietly and efficiently. They did everything we asked for half the cost of what we expected to pay. They took extra time to make sure everything was working perfectly with each lock and that all keys worked very well. You can not guarantee that kind of service when you order your keys made from Walmart or any hardware store. They took extra time to show me how to clean and maintain an antique. They were reliable, honest, competent, and showed pride in a job well done- a very rare find in today's world. They followed up the next day and again a week later on a specialty item I ordered. I can not say enough good things about the outstanding, amazing customer service we received. Mike is naturally gifted in his profession and his partner Louise, a great receptionist, and an excellent worker. They were so positive. It was a pleasure to have them in our home. We would give them the highest recommendation possible to anyone lucky enough to receive this invaluable service. We are very satisfied.
