July was packed — we barely had time to post! Here’s a quick recap of some of the work we completed this month:
1. Built a custom 16×32 pool shed/house from the ground up (minus the concrete). Half is an open covered area with a stone wall ready for TV, bar, and shade right beside the pool. The other half is fully enclosed with an entry door, garage door, and window for natural light. ~95% complete — final photos coming soon!
2. Completely demo’d a kitchen/portion of a building. Next up: the addition. This one’s a big project — stay tuned for progress updates.
3. Converted a wood deck to composite and built custom stairs + railings.
4. Resurfaced an entire wood deck and installed custom railings.
5. Removed and installed several windows.
6. Replaced lots of entry doors + storm doors.
