āž”ļøIf youā€™re coming over from YouTube, here is the breakdown of the track geometry Iā€™m using for the latest Standish WoodStory build.

Getting a tambour door to slide smoothly around a 90-degree curve is all about the clearance. A few key takeaways from this setup:

* The Groove: I used a 1/4ā€ upcut bit set to a depth of 6.5 mm.
* The Frame: Notice the difference in depths for the top, back, and bottom groovesā€”keeping these at 9.5 mm provides the stability the carcass needs while the tambour does its thing.
