It is with tremendous love and gratefulness to all of you that I tell you Genesis Kitchen will have their last day open to the public this Saturday March 28th. It was a wild ride and we enjoyed every one of you so much. Family circumstances have made it impossible to continue opperating at a low stress level which is very much needed in this season of life. Please feel free to reach out to Amy Willis, owner and lover of all the people if you'd like to share a message.

Thank you again community. This will be a loss for sure but you have some pretty cool local places to eat and drink.

My personal recommendations are:

Casual and amazing food with fantastic ambiance: The North Glengarry

Fine dining and amazing creativity: La Belle Sorelle

Fantastic authentic Indian: Naans by Shubi at the Atlantic pub or take out

And finally The Glengarry Market for all of your fine coffee needs. They've just upgraded their espresso machine and roast their own beans so definitely stop in.

It's a blessing for you, given by others.

Say hello to our Philly cheese steak. At Genesis, we do messy classic sammiches. This one will not let you down. Our aim was to keep it as close to the original as possible but Amy has an aversion to Cheez whiz but if you are a die hard, unadulterated, Philly purest, we WILL grab the cheez whiz from the back of the fridge and slather that heavily processes cheese product on for you. No regrets.
