A kitchen this small has to give something up. The whole job is choosing what.
This condo kitchen is one wall and a peninsula. No pantry. No second sink. What it has instead is a full run of uppers carried right to the ceiling, because in a footprint like this the storage has to go up or it does not go anywhere.
The peninsula is doing two jobs at once. On one side it is the kitchen. On the other it is the back of the living room, which is why the panel facing the sofa is finished like furniture rather than left as a bare cabinet end. In a space this open the kitchen is never out of sight, so it has to read as part of the room rather than an appliance wall you tolerate.
Lifetime warranty on the cabinet material, and a 3-year workmanship warranty on the installation.
