-Exterior Black Out -

We took this beautiful grimsby home and gave it a sleek, commanding curb appeal by blacking out every window, door and all the trim work/pillars. After fighting extreme heat and multiple rain days, we are extremely proud of the finished product.

We used Rennerplast low/temp black on all the white vinyl windows and vinyl trim to retain the smooth factory look and making these windows look brand new.

Benjamin Moore Command satin pre-mixed black was the natural choice for the entry doors around the home and the garage door.

Meticulous prep, extensive taping/covering, and all surfaces being sprayed took this home from blending in to completely standing out. It looks like it should of been built this way!

-Product Spotlight-

We’re about halfway through our 2023 exterior season, with many projects completed and many more to come. Most of our projects consist of doors, windows, trim, soffits/eaves etc. All surfaces get sprayed unless a brush & roll finish is requested. We have tried many products, but with how harsh our climate is, these are our go tos.

Benjamin Moore Command Satin:
This revolutionary product is what we spray all our entry and garage doors (metal/wood/fiberglass), trim/soffits/eaves/fascia with. It’s extremely durable, dries tack free & fast (ideal for closing doors sooner) and sprays phenomenal. It’s also flexible, allowing us to spray garage door weatherstripping to match the doors.

Rennerplast from :
This 2 component, high end product is designed for painting vinyl windows. It offers a factory finish, on site, and cures rock hard. Painting windows black is extremely popular but using the wrong product can yield awful results and cause warping. Rennerplast is low temp black to safely paint your windows.

Professional prep, professional application, professional finish. The results always speak for themselves!

Curb appeal for your home is huge and small improvements make a big difference. We refreshed all the white components. The vinyl windows were sprayed with a specialty vinyl coating; Rennerplast from . It’s an ultra durable, 2 component coating that looks like the windows came made that way.

All the composite trim received 2 coats of Command Satin custom matched to the Renner white.

The garage door/trim/weatherstripping and 2 exterior doors were sprayed in Benjamin Moore Command satin in CSP-630 After midnight.

Exterior painting offers many challenges: moisture, heat, debris, bugs, etc. Hiring a professional is worth it when they can overcome those challenges and provide better then factory finish results with extensive prep, on time, on site, with the best products on the market.

Our exterior prep line up. There are multiple surfaces we deal with when painting the exterior of your home or business. Vinyl, aluminum, brick, concrete, wood. We use many different tapes & materials for covering & protecting your home.

-3M prefolded plastic in multiple lengths: we use this to cover windows, door frames when removing doors and any large surfaces

-3M weather proof plastic: a great alternative to paper. This is our go to when covering the brick around items we spray, soffits or any things that only need 12” of overspray coverage

-Blue contractor frog tape: we go through a ton of this. It’s paired with our hand maskers & plastic or any general purpose taping

-3M green rough surface tape: this sticks amazing to brick or concrete or anything rough that normal tape has trouble sticking to

-3M yellow exterior tape: this tape is plastic so it’s amazing against rain days or morning dew. Paired with the weather proof plastic, this is an unbeatable combo for exterior work with the various elements we get during Canadian weather.

This isn’t everything we use but the MVPs of every exterior job we tackle! Always be well stocked and well prepared.. your customers deserve that!

-Exterior Repaint-

This beautiful home in the sought after neighbourhood of Tyandaga was our first major exterior of the year. It had alot of old original wood trim & doors. Everything received a thorough sand and the shutters were removed (always!!!)

We had do a custom colour match to their newly installed windows which as you can tell was spot on. Two front vinyl windows, 10 shutters, garage door with trim, side entry door and arch were sprayed in this custom colour using Regal Low Lustre.

This beautiful original wood front door & the storm door & side lights were sprayed in CW510 Waller Green in Command Gloss which matched the original brass hardware perfectly.

We prep thouroughly, have the best tools & use the best products, and this is the result! Original components looking brand new.

One thing we always do is replace all entry door weatherstripping seals and most of the time we supply & paint match the garage door seals (always bought from . It’s the little extras that set us apart.

This is by far the most important room I’ve painted. It was a blank canvas in our new home.

I removed the bulkhead & installed new baseboards door frames. Every square inch was sanded smooth & it was meticulously patched. The trim & doors were sprayed in Scuff-X eggshell & ceiling rolled in Benjamin Moore Yellow label. Finally the walls were painted First Light in Aura Matte.

It was a pretty simple project compared to what I do everyday but this one was special & meant more then all the jobs I’ve ever done.

-Interior Repaint-
We complete part of this house earlier last year and these were the final 3 rooms that needed The Paint Co treatment. We sprayed the built in with Scuff-X matte in black beauty for an ultra smooth but not shiny finish. All the walls, ceilings, trim & doors were painted in Chantilly Lace in their respective products. These rooms are extremely bright and fresh in a home with a ton of natural light. All white and a beautiful black built in, we provide professional results every time no matter the home or the colour choices.

-Interior Repaint-

We also repainted this clients second floor stairway and hallway. The whole second floor has builders paint and needed some color added to the home. It’s really amazing how different a home can look with a different color on the walls and a professional paint job. Using better products and the right application, you can ensure longevity and durability!
